COMMERCIAL SERVICES / CINEMATOGRAPHY + VIDEO
Aerial capture is most useful when it explains location, scale, context, or movement. It also depends on airspace, access, conditions, and a feasible flight plan.
Add properly planned aerial capture to a commercial brief.
Location and flight feasibility plan
Approved aerial shot list
Scoped aerial capture session
Selected finished photo or video outputs
An aerial-purpose review connects each planned viewpoint to a useful story element such as scale, flow, or geographic context.
Review the intended subject, access, and practical flight constraints.
Choose the aerial views that serve the commercial story.
Execute the approved plan when lawful and operationally feasible, then select the agreed outputs.
The rate-card scope factors are shown below. Client complexity is applied separately.
One focused aerial photo or video capture brief at a defined location.
Additional flight windows or planned viewpoints within a broader brief.
A complex multi-location aerial production with more permissions, coordination, and output needs.
A planning range using the same rate card as the full DOC N.I.L. calculator.
Check lawful feasibility, subject coverage, technical quality, and relevance to the approved commercial brief.
A facility film can show the relationship between site access, buildings, and surrounding infrastructure from a planned aerial viewpoint.
The proposal confirms quantities, review rounds, locations, versions, and the service period. Additional work receives a written change scope before it starts.
8% G&A is additional. Third-party costs and applicable tax are confirmed separately. Estimates are planning ranges, not a booking or a guarantee of results.
Production fees do not automatically transfer copyright, grant perpetual usage, include talent rights, or permit AI training. Licensed use must name the media, term, territory, and licensee.
The rate is per project. One focused aerial photo or video capture brief at a defined location. The proposal fixes quantities, schedules, review rounds, and delivery specifications before work begins.
Permits, special authorizations, travel, and specialist operators are separate unless included. Flights remain subject to applicable rules, weather, and site conditions. Reshoots, extra locations, and additional editing are separately scoped. Any change outside the approved scope is priced before it proceeds.
Separate products. Connected when the brief calls for them.
