COMMERCIAL SERVICES / CINEMATOGRAPHY + VIDEO

Connect the stage, the remote speaker, and the audience.

02 / THE WORKING METHOD

Built to create
a useful change.

A shared signal-and-responsibility map makes ownership of each live dependency explicit before rehearsal.

01 / MAP THE SIGNAL AND CUES

Map the signal and cues

Define sources, speakers, graphics, destinations, and responsibilities.

02 / REHEARSE THE DEPENDENCIES

Rehearse the dependencies

Test the scoped connections and contingency decisions.

03 / PRODUCE AND RECORD

Produce and record

Coordinate the agreed live program and recording delivery.

03 / SCOPE BEFORE PRICE

Three levels.
One clearly defined brief.

The rate-card scope factors are shown below. Client complexity is applied separately.

Focused / ×1

Focused scope

One defined live or hybrid event with a focused production structure.

Expanded / ×1.8

Expanded scope

A broader event with more inputs, speakers, and cue requirements.

Complex / ×3.2

Complex scope

A complex production with multiple locations, streams, teams, and contingency needs.

04 / TUNE THE BRIEF

See how the scope
changes the investment.

A planning range using the same rate card as the full DOC N.I.L. calculator.

Client complexity and scope are separate factors. The written proposal confirms the level that matches your brief.

05 / THE ACCEPTANCE GATE

Know what good
looks like.

Check cue execution, audience-facing picture and sound, handoff reliability, and recording completeness.

ILLUSTRATIVE APPLICATION / NOT A CLIENT RESULT

ILLUSTRATIVE APPLICATION

A company conference can coordinate an in-room presentation with remote speakers and an agreed online program feed.

06 / PRICE GUARDS

Protect the scope.
Protect the result.

Outside this product unless agreed.

  • Venue AV, bandwidth, subscriptions, equipment, and extra crew are separate unless included.
  • Additional streams, translation, and remote support are separately scoped.
  • Third-party platform and network uptime cannot be guaranteed.

No hidden expansion.

The proposal confirms quantities, review rounds, locations, versions, and the service period. Additional work receives a written change scope before it starts.

8% G&A is additional. Third-party costs and applicable tax are confirmed separately. Estimates are planning ranges, not a booking or a guarantee of results.

Production fees do not automatically transfer copyright, grant perpetual usage, include talent rights, or permit AI training. Licensed use must name the media, term, territory, and licensee.

Before we begin.

How is this engagement scoped?

The rate is per project. One defined live or hybrid event with a focused production structure. The proposal fixes quantities, schedules, review rounds, and delivery specifications before work begins.

What is priced separately?

Venue AV, bandwidth, subscriptions, equipment, and extra crew are separate unless included. Additional streams, translation, and remote support are separately scoped. Third-party platform and network uptime cannot be guaranteed. Any change outside the approved scope is priced before it proceeds.
