COMMERCIAL SERVICES / EDITING + POST-PRODUCTION

Give information a consistent way to enter the story.

Campaigns can accumulate unrelated lower thirds, data graphics, transitions, and title styles when motion is added one deliverable at a time.

02 / THE WORKING METHOD

Built to create
a useful change.

A behavior library gives repeated information a recognizable motion pattern while leaving room for different content.

01 / DEFINE THE MOVEMENT RULES

Define the movement rules

Choose timing, typography, hierarchy, and transition behavior.

02 / BUILD THE COMPONENTS

Build the components

Develop the scoped title, data, identifier, and graphic families.

03 / PROVE THE APPLICATIONS

Prove the applications

Test the system against real information and intended delivery formats.

03 / SCOPE BEFORE PRICE

Three levels.
One clearly defined brief.

The rate-card scope factors are shown below. Client complexity is applied separately.

Focused / ×1

Focused scope

A focused motion-graphics set for one production or campaign.

Expanded / ×1.8

Expanded scope

A broader component family across more formats and information types.

Complex / ×3.2

Complex scope

A reusable multi-team motion system with detailed application and handoff requirements.

04 / TUNE THE BRIEF

See how the scope
changes the investment.

A planning range using the same rate card as the full DOC N.I.L. calculator.

Client complexity and scope are separate factors. The written proposal confirms the level that matches your brief.

05 / THE ACCEPTANCE GATE

Know what good
looks like.

Check legibility, timing consistency, accurate information, and usability in the agreed editing workflow.

ILLUSTRATIVE APPLICATION / NOT A CLIENT RESULT

ILLUSTRATIVE APPLICATION

A business can give executive interviews, product facts, and campaign films a shared graphic vocabulary.

06 / PRICE GUARDS

Protect the scope.
Protect the result.

Outside this product unless agreed.

  • Brand-identity development and full film editing are separate.
  • Specialist illustration, data verification, and paid assets are separate.
  • Additional templates and automated rendering integrations require separate scope.

No hidden expansion.

The proposal confirms quantities, review rounds, locations, versions, and the service period. Additional work receives a written change scope before it starts.

8% G&A is additional. Third-party costs and applicable tax are confirmed separately. Estimates are planning ranges, not a booking or a guarantee of results.

Production fees do not automatically transfer copyright, grant perpetual usage, include talent rights, or permit AI training. Licensed use must name the media, term, territory, and licensee.

Before we begin.

How is this engagement scoped?

The rate is per project. A focused motion-graphics set for one production or campaign. The proposal fixes quantities, schedules, review rounds, and delivery specifications before work begins.

What is priced separately?

Brand-identity development and full film editing are separate. Specialist illustration, data verification, and paid assets are separate. Additional templates and automated rendering integrations require separate scope. Any change outside the approved scope is priced before it proceeds.
