01 / WHAT THE PRODUCT DELIVERS

The Social Video System

Create a coordinated set of social video assets.

  • 01

    Concept and asset matrix

  • 02

    Directed short-form production session

  • 03

    Defined finished video set

  • 04

Agreed captions, thumbnails, and channel exports

02 / THE WORKING METHOD

Built to create
a useful change.

A complete-idea test prevents a short asset from depending on a longer video the viewer may never see.

01 / PLAN THE IDEA SET

Plan the idea set

Define the product questions, campaign beats, or audience needs for each piece.

02 / CAPTURE FOR THE CHANNELS

Capture for the channels

Compose performances and product action for the agreed aspect ratios.

03 / BUILD THE RELEASE FAMILY

Build the release family

Edit each asset as a complete idea and check the set for consistency.

03 / SCOPE BEFORE PRICE

Three levels.
One clearly defined brief.

The rate-card scope factors are shown below. Client complexity is applied separately.

Focused / ×1

Focused scope

A focused short-form production around one brief and capture session.

Expanded / ×1.8

Expanded scope

An expanded topic or product set with more setups and platform variants.

Complex / ×3.2

Complex scope

A campaign-scale library with multiple contributors, locations, and detailed delivery requirements.

04 / TUNE THE BRIEF

See how the scope
changes the investment.

A planning range using the same rate card as the full DOC N.I.L. calculator.

Client complexity and scope are separate factors. The written proposal confirms the level that matches your brief.

05 / THE ACCEPTANCE GATE

Know what good
looks like.

Check standalone message clarity, safe areas, captions, and consistency across the defined asset matrix.

ILLUSTRATIVE APPLICATION / NOT A CLIENT RESULT

ILLUSTRATIVE APPLICATION

A company can release a coordinated series covering a product overview, a useful detail, and a common buying question.

06 / PRICE GUARDS

Protect the scope.
Protect the result.

Outside this product unless agreed.

  • Posting, media buying, talent fees, and platform charges are separate.
  • Extra production days and additional concepts are separately scoped.
  • Commercial usage extensions and unlimited adaptation are not included.

No hidden expansion.

The proposal confirms quantities, review rounds, locations, versions, and the service period. Additional work receives a written change scope before it starts.

8% G&A is additional. Third-party costs and applicable tax are confirmed separately. Estimates are planning ranges, not a booking or a guarantee of results.

Production fees do not automatically transfer copyright, grant perpetual usage, include talent rights, or permit AI training. Licensed use must name the media, term, territory, and licensee.

Before we begin.

How is this engagement scoped?

The rate is per project. A focused short-form production around one brief and capture session. The proposal fixes quantities, schedules, review rounds, and delivery specifications before work begins.

What is priced separately?

Posting, media buying, talent fees, and platform charges are separate. Extra production days and additional concepts are separately scoped. Commercial usage extensions and unlimited adaptation are not included. Any change outside the approved scope is priced before it proceeds.

07 / CONNECTED PRODUCTS

Build the next part.

Separate products. Connected when the brief calls for them.
