The proposal confirms quantities, review rounds, locations, versions, and the service period. Additional work receives a written change scope before it starts.

Customer recruitment, incentives, and extensive fact verification are separate. Travel, locations, and additional production crews are separate unless included. Unsubstantiated outcomes and guaranteed customer endorsements are not included. Any change outside the approved scope is priced before it proceeds.
