PERSONAL BRANDING SERVICES / EDITING + POST-PRODUCTION

Make the change explicit before making the change.

Late feedback becomes difficult to control when a correction, a new creative direction, and a new deliverable are all described as the same revision.

02 / THE WORKING METHOD

Built to create
a useful change.

A change record distinguishes correction, refinement, and new scope, making the decision and its cost visible before execution.

01 / DEFINE THE CHANGE

Define the change

Compare the requested update with the approved version.

02 / ESTIMATE THE WORK

Estimate the work

Identify the files, dependencies, and billable hours involved.

03 / DELIVER THE UPDATE

Deliver the update

Complete the authorized change and identify the revised files.

03 / SCOPE BEFORE PRICE

Three levels.
One clearly defined brief.

The rate-card scope factors are shown below. Client complexity is applied separately.

Focused / ×1

Focused scope

One approved hour of a clearly defined creative revision.

Expanded / ×1.8

Expanded scope

One hour of work on a more layered change; total hours are entered separately.

Complex / ×3.2

Complex scope

04 / TUNE THE BRIEF

See how the scope
changes the investment.

A planning range using the same rate card as the full DOC N.I.L. calculator.

Client complexity and scope are separate factors. The written proposal confirms the level that matches your brief.

05 / THE ACCEPTANCE GATE

Know what good
looks like.

Confirm the delivered update matches the approved change description and authorized time.

ILLUSTRATIVE APPLICATION / NOT A CLIENT RESULT

ILLUSTRATIVE APPLICATION

A presentation can receive a defined copy and layout update after the original included review rounds have finished.

06 / PRICE GUARDS

Protect the scope.
Protect the result.

Outside this product unless agreed.

  • New production, stock licenses, and supplier costs are separate.
  • A new concept or deliverable requires its own scope.
  • Work beyond the authorized hours requires approval.

No hidden expansion.

The proposal confirms quantities, review rounds, locations, versions, and the service period. Additional work receives a written change scope before it starts.

8% G&A is additional. Third-party costs and applicable tax are confirmed separately. Estimates are planning ranges, not a booking or a guarantee of results.

Before we begin.

How is this engagement scoped?

The rate is per hour. One approved hour of a clearly defined creative revision. The proposal fixes quantities, schedules, review rounds, and delivery specifications before work begins.

What is priced separately?

New production, stock licenses, and supplier costs are separate. A new concept or deliverable requires its own scope. Work beyond the authorized hours requires approval. Any change outside the approved scope is priced before it proceeds.
