Placement needs inform composition before capture, protecting room for copy and subject clarity across the planned campaign formats.
Connect the creative concept to formats, copy areas, and intended uses.
Coordinate the agreed cast, locations, styling, and capture plan.
Select and refine frames as a coherent campaign set.
The rate-card scope factors are shown below. Client complexity is applied separately.
One campaign concept and a focused photography production.
A wider campaign image family with additional setups and placement requirements.
A multi-location or multi-market production with complex cast, approvals, and delivery versions.
A planning range using the same rate card as the full DOC N.I.L. calculator.
Check visual continuity and coverage of the approved placement-to-shot matrix.
A product launch can use a coordinated image family across an announcement hero, paid-social crop, and retail display without forcing one composition into every format.
The proposal confirms quantities, review rounds, locations, versions, and the service period. Additional work receives a written change scope before it starts.
8% G&A is additional. Third-party costs and applicable tax are confirmed separately. Estimates are planning ranges, not a booking or a guarantee of results.
Production fees do not automatically transfer copyright, grant perpetual usage, include talent rights, or permit AI training. Licensed use must name the media, term, territory, and licensee.
The rate is per project. One campaign concept and a focused photography production. The proposal fixes quantities, schedules, review rounds, and delivery specifications before work begins.
Talent, locations, styling, travel, and suppliers are separate unless included. Media placement and commercial usage rights are separately scoped. Raw captures, additional shoot days, and unplanned versions are separate. Any change outside the approved scope is priced before it proceeds.
