The proposal confirms quantities, review rounds, locations, versions, and the service period. Additional work receives a written change scope before it starts.

Production fees do not automatically transfer copyright, grant perpetual usage, include talent rights, or permit AI training. Licensed use must name the media, term, territory, and licensee.
The rate is per day. One additional day extending an existing approved personal-brand production. The proposal fixes quantities, schedules, review rounds, and delivery specifications before work begins.
Crew, equipment, travel, and location changes are separate unless confirmed. Extra editing and new deliverables are separately priced. An additional day does not expand previously agreed usage rights. Any change outside the approved scope is priced before it proceeds.
