PERSONAL BRANDING SERVICES
PERSONAL BRANDING SERVICES / PHOTOGRAPHY
A beautiful portrait is only one part of a personal brand. Your website, press materials, offers, and social channels need different crops, contexts, and kinds of evidence.
Create a consistent image library for the person behind the brand.
Creative direction and channel-to-shot map
Directed photography session
Selected edited portraits and working images
Agreed web and high-resolution delivery versions
A channel-to-shot map plans negative space, orientation, and context before the camera starts, reducing the gap between attractive images and usable brand assets.
Connect each planned image to a page, message, or channel.
Coordinate location, wardrobe, expression, and activity around that map.
Finish the selected images and organize them for the agreed destinations.
The rate-card scope factors are shown below. Client complexity is applied separately.
One focused brand story with a defined location and image selection.
Several content pillars, wardrobe changes, and coordinated channel crops.
A broader personal-brand library with multiple settings, stakeholders, and production coordination.
A planning range using the same rate card as the full DOC N.I.L. calculator.
Check the finished library against the approved website, press, offer, and social image requirements.
A speaker can leave with a homepage portrait, a press image, and working photographs that support their actual topics.
The proposal confirms quantities, review rounds, locations, versions, and the service period. Additional work receives a written change scope before it starts.
8% G&A is additional. Third-party costs and applicable tax are confirmed separately. Estimates are planning ranges, not a booking or a guarantee of results.
Production fees do not automatically transfer copyright, grant perpetual usage, include talent rights, or permit AI training. Licensed use must name the media, term, territory, and licensee.
The rate is per project. One focused brand story with a defined location and image selection. The proposal fixes quantities, schedules, review rounds, and delivery specifications before work begins.
Studio, travel, styling, and makeup costs are separate unless included. Additional talent and paid campaign rights are separately scoped. Raw captures and unrestricted ownership are not included by default. Any change outside the approved scope is priced before it proceeds.
Separate products. Connected when the brief calls for them.
