Show how the space is designed to be experienced.

A commercial environment can feel very different depending on time of day, perspective, preparation, and the relationship between wide views and details.

02 / THE WORKING METHOD

Built to create
a useful change.

A spatial sequence plan connects establishing views and material details to the way a visitor would actually move through the environment.

01 / READ THE LIGHT

Read the light

Plan priority angles and timing around the space’s natural and artificial light.

02 / COMPOSE THE EXPERIENCE

Compose the experience

Connect approach, circulation, rooms, and significant details.

03 / FINISH WITH RESTRAINT

Finish with restraint

Resolve verticals, color, and the specifically agreed cleanup.

03 / SCOPE BEFORE PRICE

Three levels.
One clearly defined brief.

The rate-card scope factors are shown below. Client complexity is applied separately.

Focused / ×1

Focused scope

One focused property or interior photography brief.

Expanded / ×1.8

Expanded scope

A larger space with additional zones, lighting conditions, and views.

Complex / ×3.2

Complex scope

A complex property collection or multi-location brief with extensive preparation and finishing needs.

04 / TUNE THE BRIEF

See how the scope
changes the investment.

A planning range using the same rate card as the full DOC N.I.L. calculator.

Client complexity and scope are separate factors. The written proposal confirms the level that matches your brief.

05 / THE ACCEPTANCE GATE

Know what good
looks like.

Check spatial clarity, perspective, color consistency, and coverage of the approved architectural priorities.

ILLUSTRATIVE APPLICATION / NOT A CLIENT RESULT

ILLUSTRATIVE APPLICATION

A hospitality property can communicate arrival, shared spaces, room character, and material detail as a coherent visual tour.

06 / PRICE GUARDS

Protect the scope.
Protect the result.

Outside this product unless agreed.

  • Property staging, cleaning, and specialist styling are separate.
  • Travel, location charges, and extensive compositing are separate.
  • Additional properties, twilight sessions, and usage extensions require separate scope.

No hidden expansion.

The proposal confirms quantities, review rounds, locations, versions, and the service period. Additional work receives a written change scope before it starts.

8% G&A is additional. Third-party costs and applicable tax are confirmed separately. Estimates are planning ranges, not a booking or a guarantee of results.

Production fees do not automatically transfer copyright, grant perpetual usage, include talent rights, or permit AI training. Licensed use must name the media, term, territory, and licensee.

Before we begin.

How is this engagement scoped?

The rate is per project. One focused property or interior photography brief. The proposal fixes quantities, schedules, review rounds, and delivery specifications before work begins.

What is priced separately?

Property staging, cleaning, and specialist styling are separate. Travel, location charges, and extensive compositing are separate. Additional properties, twilight sessions, and usage extensions require separate scope. Any change outside the approved scope is priced before it proceeds.
