COMMERCIAL SERVICES / PHOTOGRAPHY

Make the product’s character visible.

Food and beverage imagery depends on timing, surface, texture, temperature, and styling. Those details need a production plan as much as a camera setup.

02 / THE WORKING METHOD

Built to create
a useful change.

A freshness-and-continuity plan organizes the shoot around when each product looks its intended best, reducing avoidable resets.

01 / DEFINE THE APPETITE

Define the appetite

Choose the visual emphasis, occasion, and product truth.

02 / PLAN FRESHNESS AND CONTINUITY

Plan freshness and continuity

Coordinate preparation, replacements, props, and capture order.

03 / FINISH THE SELECTION

Finish the selection

Refine the approved imagery while preserving the product’s honest appearance.

03 / SCOPE BEFORE PRICE

Three levels.
One clearly defined brief.

The rate-card scope factors are shown below. Client complexity is applied separately.

Focused / ×1

Focused scope

One focused food or beverage visual brief and finished selection.

Expanded / ×1.8

Expanded scope

Several menu items or product setups with additional styling.

Complex / ×3.2

Complex scope

A larger campaign or product family with complex preparation, sets, and version requirements.

04 / TUNE THE BRIEF

See how the scope
changes the investment.

A planning range using the same rate card as the full DOC N.I.L. calculator.

Client complexity and scope are separate factors. The written proposal confirms the level that matches your brief.

05 / THE ACCEPTANCE GATE

Know what good
looks like.

Check product fidelity, texture, visual consistency, and completion of the approved shot list.

ILLUSTRATIVE APPLICATION / NOT A CLIENT RESULT

ILLUSTRATIVE APPLICATION

A restaurant can plan hero dishes, ingredient details, and atmosphere images as a considered menu story rather than isolated plates.

06 / PRICE GUARDS

Protect the scope.
Protect the result.

Outside this product unless agreed.

  • Food styling, ingredients, props, and kitchen access are separate unless included.
  • Talent, location hire, and paid-media rights are separate.
  • Extra product variants, composites, and raw-file ownership are separate.

No hidden expansion.

The proposal confirms quantities, review rounds, locations, versions, and the service period. Additional work receives a written change scope before it starts.

8% G&A is additional. Third-party costs and applicable tax are confirmed separately. Estimates are planning ranges, not a booking or a guarantee of results.

Production fees do not automatically transfer copyright, grant perpetual usage, include talent rights, or permit AI training. Licensed use must name the media, term, territory, and licensee.

Before we begin.

How is this engagement scoped?

The rate is per project. One focused food or beverage visual brief and finished selection. The proposal fixes quantities, schedules, review rounds, and delivery specifications before work begins.

What is priced separately?

Food styling, ingredients, props, and kitchen access are separate unless included. Talent, location hire, and paid-media rights are separate. Extra product variants, composites, and raw-file ownership are separate. Any change outside the approved scope is priced before it proceeds.

07 / CONNECTED PRODUCTS

Build the next part.

Separate products. Connected when the brief calls for them.
