02 / THE WORKING METHOD

Built to create
a useful change.

A format matrix distinguishes what must stay consistent from what must change for each placement.

01 / ESTABLISH THE DESIGN LOGIC

Establish the design logic

Resolve the message hierarchy, visual structure, and campaign identity.

02 / ADAPT WITH INTENT

Adapt with intent

Design the agreed channel layouts around their real proportions.

03 / PREPARE PRODUCTION

Prepare production

Preflight the files and identify the correct release versions.

03 / SCOPE BEFORE PRICE

Three levels.
One clearly defined brief.

The rate-card scope factors are shown below. Client complexity is applied separately.

Focused / ×1

Focused scope

One focused campaign-design brief and defined layout set.

Expanded scope

An expanded asset family across more formats or messages.

04 / TUNE THE BRIEF

See how the scope
changes the investment.

A planning range using the same rate card as the full DOC N.I.L. calculator.

Client complexity and scope are separate factors. The written proposal confirms the level that matches your brief.

05 / THE ACCEPTANCE GATE

Know what good
looks like.

Check visual continuity, hierarchy, safe areas, and technical acceptance against the media specifications.

ILLUSTRATIVE APPLICATION / NOT A CLIENT RESULT

ILLUSTRATIVE APPLICATION

A service campaign can connect a display advertisement, social image, and sales handout through one controlled visual idea.

06 / PRICE GUARDS

Protect the scope.
Protect the result.

Outside this product unless agreed.

  • Media buying, printing, and distribution are separate.
  • New photography, illustration, and font licenses are separate unless included.
  • Unplanned formats and copy changes after approval are separately scoped.

No hidden expansion.

The proposal confirms quantities, review rounds, locations, versions, and the service period. Additional work receives a written change scope before it starts.

8% G&A is additional. Third-party costs and applicable tax are confirmed separately. Estimates are planning ranges, not a booking or a guarantee of results.

Production fees do not automatically transfer copyright, grant perpetual usage, include talent rights, or permit AI training. Licensed use must name the media, term, territory, and licensee.

Before we begin.

How is this engagement scoped?

The rate is per project. One focused campaign-design brief and defined layout set. The proposal fixes quantities, schedules, review rounds, and delivery specifications before work begins.

What is priced separately?

Media buying, printing, and distribution are separate. New photography, illustration, and font licenses are separate unless included. Unplanned formats and copy changes after approval are separately scoped. Any change outside the approved scope is priced before it proceeds.
