The rate is per project. One focused facility or process photography brief. The proposal fixes quantities, schedules, review rounds, and delivery specifications before work begins.
Specialist access equipment, escorts, and travel are separate unless included. Shutdowns, production changes, and complex site permissions are outside the base scope. Additional locations, usage rights, and raw captures are separate. Any change outside the approved scope is priced before it proceeds.
