PERSONAL BRANDING SERVICES / CONSULTING + OPERATIONS

Choose a presentation that supports the work you want.

Wardrobe and presentation choices can create friction when they are made without considering the audience, setting, camera, or role.

02 / THE WORKING METHOD

Built to create
a useful change.

Wardrobe is evaluated in context: camera framing, lighting, movement, and audience expectations are considered together.

01 / READ THE CONTEXT

Read the context

Review your public role and the situations you are preparing for.

02 / BUILD THE WARDROBE DIRECTION

Build the wardrobe direction

Identify silhouettes, colors, and combinations that support that context.

03 / PREPARE THE APPEARANCE

Prepare the appearance

Create a practical selection and preparation plan for the shoot or engagement.

03 / SCOPE BEFORE PRICE

Three levels.
One clearly defined brief.

The rate-card scope factors are shown below. Client complexity is applied separately.

Focused / ×1

Focused scope

One image review and a defined shoot or appearance preparation plan.

Expanded / ×1.8

Expanded scope

Several appearance contexts with a coordinated wardrobe direction.

Complex / ×3.2

Complex scope

A broader public-profile wardrobe system with multiple settings and production-team alignment.

04 / TUNE THE BRIEF

See how the scope
changes the investment.

A planning range using the same rate card as the full DOC N.I.L. calculator.

Client complexity and scope are separate factors. The written proposal confirms the level that matches your brief.

05 / THE ACCEPTANCE GATE

Know what good
looks like.

Check that the chosen combinations are practical, camera-appropriate, and aligned with the intended role.

ILLUSTRATIVE APPLICATION / NOT A CLIENT RESULT

ILLUSTRATIVE APPLICATION

A consultant can prepare distinct wardrobe combinations for a keynote, client meeting, and website portrait without changing their overall identity.

06 / PRICE GUARDS

Protect the scope.
Protect the result.

Outside this product unless agreed.

  • Clothing purchases, tailoring, and returns are separate.
  • Hair, makeup, and on-set styling labor are separate.
  • Photography and a permanent personal-shopping service are separate.

No hidden expansion.

The proposal confirms quantities, review rounds, locations, versions, and the service period. Additional work receives a written change scope before it starts.

8% G&A is additional. Third-party costs and applicable tax are confirmed separately. Estimates are planning ranges, not a booking or a guarantee of results.

Before we begin.

How is this engagement scoped?

The rate is per project. One image review and a defined shoot or appearance preparation plan. The proposal fixes quantities, schedules, review rounds, and delivery specifications before work begins.

What is priced separately?

Clothing purchases, tailoring, and returns are separate. Hair, makeup, and on-set styling labor are separate. Photography and a permanent personal-shopping service are separate. Any change outside the approved scope is priced before it proceeds.

07 / CONNECTED PRODUCTS
