PERSONAL BRANDING SERVICES / CAMPAIGNS + LAUNCHES

Make creator content feel personal and stay on brief.

Creator-led assets can lose their usefulness when authentic delivery and brand requirements are treated as opposing goals.

02 / THE WORKING METHOD

Built to create
a useful change.

The brief separates mandatory claims and disclosures from flexible delivery, preserving a human voice without making the commercial boundaries vague.

01 / WRITE THE MESSAGE BOUNDARY

Write the message boundary

Define the required idea, claim limits, and room for natural delivery.

02 / COORDINATE THE CAPTURE

Coordinate the capture

Plan creators, scenarios, and practical production requirements.

03 / REVIEW FOR USE

Review for use

Check the agreed assets against the brief, disclosure needs, and intended distribution.

03 / SCOPE BEFORE PRICE

Three levels.
One clearly defined brief.

The rate-card scope factors are shown below. Client complexity is applied separately.

Focused / ×1

Focused scope

One defined creator-led production brief and asset package.

Expanded / ×1.8

Expanded scope

Several scenarios or creators with coordinated asset versions.

Complex / ×3.2

Complex scope

A larger creator production with multiple contributors, markets, and detailed approval requirements.

04 / TUNE THE BRIEF

See how the scope
changes the investment.

A planning range using the same rate card as the full DOC N.I.L. calculator.

Client complexity and scope are separate factors. The written proposal confirms the level that matches your brief.

05 / THE ACCEPTANCE GATE

Know what good
looks like.

Check claim accuracy, brief alignment, required disclosure, and completeness of the approved asset package.

ILLUSTRATIVE APPLICATION / NOT A CLIENT RESULT

ILLUSTRATIVE APPLICATION

A professional can produce a creator-led product demonstration whose natural delivery still respects the brand’s exact claim and usage boundaries.

06 / PRICE GUARDS

Protect the scope.
Protect the result.

Outside this product unless agreed.

  • Creator fees, product shipping, and travel are separate unless included.
  • Media buying, account access, and paid usage rights are separate.
  • Unapproved claims, guaranteed reach, and unlimited revisions are not included.

No hidden expansion.

The proposal confirms quantities, review rounds, locations, versions, and the service period. Additional work receives a written change scope before it starts.

8% G&A is additional. Third-party costs and applicable tax are confirmed separately. Estimates are planning ranges, not a booking or a guarantee of results.

Production fees do not automatically transfer copyright, grant perpetual usage, include talent rights, or permit AI training. Licensed use must name the media, term, territory, and licensee.

Before we begin.

How is this engagement scoped?

The rate is per project. One defined creator-led production brief and asset package. The proposal fixes quantities, schedules, review rounds, and delivery specifications before work begins.

What is priced separately?

Creator fees, product shipping, and travel are separate unless included. Media buying, account access, and paid usage rights are separate. Unapproved claims, guaranteed reach, and unlimited revisions are not included. Any change outside the approved scope is priced before it proceeds.

07 / CONNECTED PRODUCTS

Build the next part.

Separate products. Connected when the brief calls for them.
