COMMERCIAL SERVICES / CONTENT PROGRAMS

Create a library that develops with the business.

Content production can become reactive when each month starts without a clear relationship between business priorities, existing assets, and the next capture session.

01 / WHAT THE PRODUCT DELIVERS

The Recurring Production Program

Run a defined recurring content production program.

  • 01

    Monthly production and topic plan

  • 02

    Agreed capture-session allocation

  • 03

Defined finished photo and video deliverables

  • 04

Asset manifest and next-period production notes

02 / THE WORKING METHOD

Built to create
a useful change.

A gap-first planning cycle prioritizes the content the library is missing instead of repeating the most convenient production setup.

01 / REVIEW THE CONTENT GAPS

Review the content gaps

Compare current priorities and usable assets before choosing new production.

02 / PLAN THE MONTH

Plan the month

Agree the capture sessions, topics, and output quantities for the billing period.

03 / DELIVER AND LEARN

Deliver and learn

Finish the approved assets and carry useful production notes into the next plan.

03 / SCOPE BEFORE PRICE

Three levels.
One clearly defined brief.

The rate-card scope factors are shown below. Client complexity is applied separately.

Focused / ×1

Focused scope

One month of a defined recurring photo and video production program.

Expanded / ×1.8

Expanded scope

One expanded month with more topics, capture coordination, or output versions.

Complex / ×3.2

Complex scope

One complex production month serving multiple teams or locations; total months are entered separately.

04 / TUNE THE BRIEF

changes the investment.

A planning range using the same rate card as the full DOC N.I.L. calculator.

Client complexity and scope are separate factors. The written proposal confirms the level that matches your brief.

05 / THE ACCEPTANCE GATE

Know what good
looks like.

Track delivery against the monthly asset plan, reuse suitability, and identified gaps for the next period.

ILLUSTRATIVE APPLICATION / NOT A CLIENT RESULT

ILLUSTRATIVE APPLICATION

A company can plan recurring product demonstrations, staff imagery, and practical explanations around its actual release and communications schedule.

06 / PRICE GUARDS

Protect the scope.
Protect the result.

Outside this product unless agreed.

  • Social posting, media buying, and analytics management are separate.
  • Unused production capacity does not roll over unless agreed.
  • Extra sessions, supplier costs, and commercial usage extensions are separately scoped.

No hidden expansion.

The proposal confirms quantities, review rounds, locations, versions, and the service period. Additional work receives a written change scope before it starts.

8% G&A is additional. Third-party costs and applicable tax are confirmed separately. Estimates are planning ranges, not a booking or a guarantee of results.

Production fees do not automatically transfer copyright, grant perpetual usage, include talent rights, or permit AI training. Licensed use must name the media, term, territory, and licensee.

Before we begin.

How is this engagement scoped?

The rate is per month. One month of a defined recurring photo and video production program. The proposal fixes quantities, schedules, review rounds, and delivery specifications before work begins.

What is priced separately?

Social posting, media buying, and analytics management are separate. Unused production capacity does not roll over unless agreed. Extra sessions, supplier costs, and commercial usage extensions are separately scoped. Any change outside the approved scope is priced before it proceeds.

07 / CONNECTED PRODUCTS
