COMMERCIAL SERVICES / CAMPAIGNS + LAUNCHES

Make creator partnerships part of the campaign system.

A creator list is not yet a campaign. The work connects audience fit, the brief, approval, rights, delivery, and reporting before the first piece of content is commissioned.

01 / WHAT THE PRODUCT DELIVERS

Influencer + Creator Campaign Management

Plan and manage creator partnerships for a defined campaign.

  • 01

    Creator selection and campaign brief

  • 02

    Outreach and coordination tracker

  • 03

    Deliverable, approval, and usage register

  • 04

    Campaign performance review framework

02 / THE WORKING METHOD

Built to create
a useful change.

Creative deliverables and usage terms are tracked together, so the company can see what is approved to run and when that permission expires.

01 / DESIGN THE PARTNERSHIP BRIEF

Design the partnership brief

Set audience objectives, creator criteria, content requirements, rights needs, and measurement.

02 / COORDINATE THE RELATIONSHIPS

Coordinate the relationships

Manage agreed outreach, review, scheduling, and contributor handoffs.

03 / CONTROL DELIVERY AND LEARNING

Control delivery and learning

Track approvals, deliverables, usage windows, and the campaign review.

03 / SCOPE BEFORE PRICE

Three levels.
One clearly defined brief.

The rate-card scope factors are shown below. Client complexity is applied separately.

Focused / ×1

Focused scope

One campaign, one primary audience, and a focused creator roster and deliverable plan.

Expanded / ×1.8

Expanded scope

One campaign with a wider creator mix, several content formats, and coordinated approval rounds.

Complex / ×3.2

Complex scope

A multi-market campaign with complex rights, brand conflicts, stakeholders, and delivery dependencies.

04 / TUNE THE BRIEF

See how the scope
changes the investment.

A planning range using the same rate card as the full DOC N.I.L. calculator.

Client complexity and scope are separate factors. The written proposal confirms the level that matches your brief.

05 / THE ACCEPTANCE GATE

Know what good
looks like.

Review completed approved deliverables, audience relevance, agreed response measures, and rights compliance against the campaign brief.

ILLUSTRATIVE APPLICATION / NOT A CLIENT RESULT

ILLUSTRATIVE APPLICATION

A company can coordinate a group of specialist creators around a product-use story while tracking format requirements and each approved usage window.

06 / PRICE GUARDS

Protect the scope.
Protect the result.

Outside this product unless agreed.

  • Creator fees, paid media, travel, and supplier costs
  • Guaranteed creator acceptance, reach, or sales
  • Legal advice or rights beyond the written agreement

No hidden expansion.

The proposal confirms quantities, review rounds, locations, versions, and the service period. Additional work receives a written change scope before it starts.

8% G&A is additional. Third-party costs and applicable tax are confirmed separately. Estimates are planning ranges, not a booking or a guarantee of results.

Before we begin.

Are creator fees included?

No. The displayed range is campaign-management planning pricing; creator and supplier costs are additional unless expressly included.

Can we reuse all creator content forever?

Only the rights granted in the agreement apply. Extended use, paid advertising, exclusivity, and perpetual rights require explicit negotiation.

07 / CONNECTED PRODUCTS

Build the next part.

Separate products. Connected when the brief calls for them.

GOOD WORK STARTS WITH A CLEAR BRIEF

Define the next move.
Then make it happen.
